Answer the robots that keep breaking with Kitewell
A program for RPA resellers, SIers, and maintenance and BPO firms to bring Kitewell to their customers. Kitewell takes the robots that stop every time a screen changes, and the work that was never automated because it needs judgment or approval. Your customers keep the RPA they have.
Forms of partnership
Referral
You introduce the customer, and Descarty contracts and bills. We pay a referral fee on what you refer.
Resale
You buy licenses and sell them to your customers as your own offering.
Implementation
You deliver the PoC, scoping, exception and approval design, and the move to production as your own service. It combines with every other form.
Integration for systems with no API, taken on too
Who it suits
What you gain
- Keep your customers' contracts
- A robot that keeps stopping is a reason to drop RPA altogether. With Kitewell taking the work that breaks, your customers keep their RPA contracts.
- Something new to offer
- When customers ask what generative AI can do for them, you bring an answer that runs on their real work.
- More work for you
- Offer the PoC and build support as your own services.
- Less maintenance
- If you maintain robots for a fixed fee or by ticket, every fix a changed screen no longer needs is your margin.
Dividing work with existing RPA
We never propose replacing everything. Routine work that must be fast is best left to existing RPA.
| Work | Recommended |
|---|---|
| Repeating fixed operations quickly, in volume | Existing RPA |
| Working screens that change often (accounting software, SaaS, partner sites) | Kitewell |
| Work that often stops in existing RPA and takes effort to fix | Kitewell |
| Reading documents, making judgments, or waiting for approval midway | Kitewell |

Frequently asked questions
- Does it compete with the RPA we sell?
- No. Kitewell takes the work that often stops in existing RPA and the work that needs judgment or approval. Routine work that must be fast stays with existing RPA.
- How is the customer's price set?
- An annual fee by the number of computers that run Kitewell. The number of people who use it or approve work does not change it. Customers pay AI usage fees directly to the AI provider.
- Who runs the PoC?
- You can run it yourselves or jointly with Descarty. Descarty joins your first customer project.
- Who answers customers' technical questions?
- Descarty's contact supports you. Descarty fixes bugs in Kitewell itself.
