Automation that the people who know the work can keep.

Many companies have adopted RPA. Yet the people who use it tell us the same things: a robot stops when a screen changes slightly, and only the person who built it can fix it. Automation has created a new kind of dependency on individuals.

I created Dagu, an open-source workflow engine, and have improved it together with many developers. What that work taught me is that keeping automation running is harder than building it.

Kitewell is our answer. Steps are written in everyday language, AI handles the web operations, and people approve the decisions. When something stops, the reason is recorded, and you fix it by talking to the AI assistant. Underneath is open-source Dagu, so you are never locked in to one vendor.

We build tools so the people who know the work best can keep their own automation. That is what Descarty is for.

Information security policy

Descarty, Inc. (the "Company") regards protecting the information customers entrust to it, and its own information assets, as a key management priority, and approaches information security according to the following policy.

    We comply with laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations on information security.

    The representative is responsible for information security, and we maintain a structure to manage it.

  3. Protecting information assets

    We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access to, leakage of, tampering with, and loss of information assets.

  4. Product design

    Our products are designed to keep customers' business data and credentials in the customer's environment, and to collect no more information than we need.

  5. Training

    We continuously train staff to handle information properly.

  6. Incident response

    If a security incident occurs, we promptly investigate its cause, minimize the damage, and work to prevent it from recurring.

  7. Continuous improvement

    We review these measures regularly and keep improving them.
