Resale program for automation agencies

For agencies that build automations on n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate and keep them running for clients on a monthly retainer. Kitewell takes the jobs those tools can't reach because there is no API, such as bills and statements behind a portal login. It runs on a computer at your client, relearns a step when a screen changes, checks every run against a written done condition, and lists only what doesn't match. Descarty builds your first job with you.

Who it is for

Agencies that build automations on these tools and keep them running for clients on a monthly retainer, and whose clients ask for jobs the tools can't reach because there is no API.

  • n8n
  • Make
  • Zapier
  • Power Automate

A real run

A client job, run for real

Your client checks each month's carrier bill against its shipment records, and the carrier's portal has no API. AI learns the portal once, the next run repeats the steps, and when the portal is redesigned AI relearns them. The 4 lines that differ wait for a person, and a run that collects too few lines stops before anything is recorded or paid.

Carrier bill check

A real run in a demo environment64 seconds, narrated, with captions

One kind of job

Collect from portals that have no API, check the result against a written done condition, and list the exceptions.

A done condition
The invoice count matches the portal's own list, and the totals match the books.
The line your client and you see
47 invoices collected; 2 accounts need sign-in; 1 total differs

A run that misses the condition is an exception, not a success. It tells you whether the right invoices arrived, not just whether the clicks went through.

How a first deployment goes

At your first client, daily runs start within two weeks, and you get a report on day 30.

DayWhat happens
Day 1One hour on a shared screen with you and your client: watch the job once, and write the done condition.
Days 2–5Descarty builds it, first on a demo portal, then on the real one.
Day 6We set up a dedicated Windows computer at the client remotely. It runs with nobody signed in.
Days 7–14It runs daily. We go through every exception with you until you fix them on your own.
Day 30A report on runs that met the done condition, the exceptions, and your hours. Billing starts if the done condition held.

What you gain

Jobs your tools can't reach
n8n, Make, and Zapier connect through APIs, and portals have none. Take those jobs instead of turning them down.
Fewer breaks to fix
When a screen changes, Kitewell relearns the step and carries on. On a retainer, every fix you no longer make is your margin.
Proof the job is done
Every run is checked against the done condition, so you can tell your client everything arrived. What doesn't match comes with its next action.
Client data stays with the client
The job and its sign-ins stay on the client's computer.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to drop n8n or Make?
No. Your automations stay as they are. Kitewell takes only the portal jobs that have no API.
Where does our client's data go?
The job runs on the client's computer. Client data leaves it only for the AI model a step calls, and Descarty never receives it.
When does billing start?
The first month at each client computer is not billed. Billing starts when the job meets its done condition or on day 60, whichever comes first, at ¥10,000 per computer per month (tax excluded), invoiced to you monthly.
Who answers our clients' questions?
You do. Descarty fixes Kitewell itself. At your first client, we go through every exception with you.
Can we partner in another form than resale?
This program is for resale. Solution partners who build and run, and OEM, are covered by the Kitewell partner program.
