Kitewell enterprise plans are quoted individually based on the work you automate and the scale of use. You start with a paid PoC that tests the effect on your real work and data.

What determines the price
We quote after learning about the following.
- Work to automate
- How many tasks, and how complex their screens and rules are
- Environment
- How many machines run Kitewell, and how they are set up
- People
- How many people build, approve, and view workflows
- Support
- The scope of build support, training, operational support, and help desk
You pay AI model usage fees directly to the model provider. There are none if you use in-house or local models.
PoC (proof of concept)
Choose one to three of your real tasks, and we run Kitewell workflows on the same screens and data as production to measure the effect.
The PoC is paid. If you go on to a contract, the PoC fee is credited against the first year.

We learn about your current work, problems, and use of RPA.

Choose one to three tasks and agree on success criteria such as processing time and success rate.

Build 2 to 3 weeks
We build the workflows on your real screens and data, together with your team.

Verify and report 1 to 2 weeks
We run them on real data and report the results with a proposal for adoption.
Typical length: 4 to 6 weeks in total
What you receive
- The workflows run during the PoC
- A verification report: processing time, success rate, why runs stopped and how that was handled, and the estimated effect
- A proposed setup and quote for adoption
What we need from you
- One contact person for the work being automated
- Test accounts and access to the screens involved
- Sample data close to production
- A machine to run Kitewell
- An API key for the AI model you will use, or an in-house model server
Frequently asked questions
Where does Kitewell run?
On a machine in your environment. Workflows, run logs, and credentials are stored on that machine. Supported platforms are:

Which AI models can we use, and is our data used for training?
Major AI model APIs, and in-house or local model servers that speak the OpenAI API. Whether data is used for training depends on the terms of the model provider you choose. With in-house or local models, data is not sent outside. Descarty never receives the business data your runs process.
Do we have to replace all of our RPA?
No. We recommend moving the web work that breaks often and matters most, and leaving work RPA handles well, such as desktop applications, where it is.
Can it automate desktop applications?
Screen operation covers web browsers only; desktop application screens are not supported. Commands, scripts, APIs, and server operations can be built into workflows as steps.
Do you support single sign-on (SSO)?
Not yet. Single sign-on through SAML or similar is not supported today. If you have internal requirements, raise them during the PoC.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Enterprise plans can be paid by invoice (bank transfer).
Who is the contracting party, and in which languages do you work?
Your contract is with Descarty, Inc., headquartered in Tokyo. We work in Japanese and English.
